I feel like a failure to everyone who loves me. I can fix things but it's going to take time and I'm scared thats what I don't have. :(

I don't know the situation or anything, sorry if it doesn't apply..Before 'fixing' the situation for everybody, first start with yourself. Try forgiving yourself. It is usually a more difficult step than the next one. I don't know why you don't have time, but, maybe you should do your best with the time given? Those who love you will understand and appreciate it, if not presently, eventually they will understand it and will come back to you :)

Sometimes I look at life and think, its only temporary, we'll be in a better place. But life takes so long, so many scary experiences that we are scared to encounter, why do we have to wait so long? :/
