Holy sheet! Enchanted my +9 Gungnir [2AS] with EA10 just now. Cant f'ckin believe what my eyes are seeing right now.... Fact learnt: +9 items have higher chance to get purrfect enchant.

I tried to enchant a few +0 Gungnir before and all EA enchant that I got is EA3 or EA4 max with 36 Seagods. This time I used only 14 Seagod and I get EA5 enchant 5 times. With the first time enchant I already got EA5+EA3 but then I reset it 8 times before getting EA10. So yeah +9 item does improve the chances.

To be honest is their money, so they can sell to any price as want, of course is op and stupid price but at end is their money, so just wait for a seller who give you the price that you want, old price for 100kps= 10M, actually is 12M~14M, if you are lucky and patient for certain hour you can get for 100kps=10m.
