So, whenever I start the game and get to the LogOn screen, the same ID always shows up
I tried un-checking the "Keep" square, but it has no effect; the same ID always comes back.

Would anyone know how I can fix that?

UAC problem, windows is blocking it from saving the settings correctly.

Moving the RO folder to a location outside of program files will probably fix this.

Always running it as admin probably will as well - you should only need to do one or the other.
