why? and will they come back?

Repatch your client. If you use the old client to connect to merged server, you will see empty char slots instead of your characters.

Exit all clients and restart. Make sure you run RO as admin.

If that doesn't force a patch, download the latest archive from http://drazzy.com/patch and replace the patch.inf in your RO folder with the one in the file you downloaded, this will force repatch from that date.

my characters are gone so i try the one u suggested to delete the patch , patch allow and patch txt2 so it patch already when i finish it my characters are back but the problem now is the no.spam.dll everytime i encounter some1 using skills or chat i got error crash again,so i decided to copy paste the old file that works before when i have this problem but the worst thing is my characters are missing again how am i supposed play because of this conflicts
