Installation Access?

I keep getting this error when I try to install the client. During the renewal tests I had the same issue until I used the Zip file version vs the direct download and torrent. Since the recent client is only provided through bitcommet I'm still tackling the issue. I tried running it as administrator and adjusting security settings etc but so far it is not successful. Any ideas to fix this? Thanks

There is a normal download as well by clicking on the blue poring


Right click the file and choose run as admin.

I continue to get the same message when I click run as admin or am admin. I'll try downloading the other folder and see if that makes a difference.

Try this:

  • Right-click the installer in Windows Explorer.
  • Choose "properties".
  • Press "unblock".
