And when i try and patch renewal i get this error "Failed to write file.PatchClient\Thumbs.db" i click ok and it says "Failed to get 2012-8-17data_gm_r.rgz file.

Since the renewal server's merged and we were told to delete the patch,patch_allow,and patch2.txt i have been unable to patch as well as getting this continuous error "Failed to unpack 2012-6-28data_gm.rgz file" (this is when i try and patch classic fyi)
And when i try and patch renewal i get this error "Failed to write file.PatchClient\Thumbs.db" i click ok and it says "Failed to get 2012-8-17data_gm_r.rgz file.

same error for me, re installed and did all the stuffs that i could but its the same error that's been messing with me for the last 10 hrs
