What can I do about this? Just got a new laptop and I don't know how to get around this. I should have more then enough hard drive space.

Are you using Chrome? If so, then do the following:
- Rename the downloaded file from Unconfirmed [Number].crdownload to iRO-14.1.3-FullInstall-20121031-2012.msi.
- Open the file and then install the IRO client.
- Upgrade Chrome to the latest version.
