You waited too long when it was asking you what card you wanted, and the dialog timed out. Very common - you go to look up the value of the different cards, and the dialog times out
Contact the GM team via support ticket ( support.warpportal.com include character, server, and what card you want), and they'll give you the card - but it may take a while. Ticket responses are slow because of merge related stuff.
