After the game patched and I clicked start, the Setup window popped up. I clicked OK over and over and it just keeps popping back up. I changed the settings and tried again, but it still wouldn't work.
Clicking cancel does the same thing.

Run Setup.exe with Administrator rights. (Right click on Setup.exe and click Run as Administrator)
