Running the ClassicRO in administrator and i cant create a character because all names are taken even "ksagfhskhfdlksd"

Which server are you trying to create a character on? You can only play on Classic Loki using the Classic client, and Chaos using the Renewal client.

You need to use ragnarok.,exe for chaos.

Wait until they acknowledge it. Nothing's been said apart from one post from a volunteer research and development person. I don't know if they have the power to do anything but aside from that single post, we are all waiting in the dark.
GMs/Devs, considering many people are wanting to try the game on a daily basis, and incase you aren't aware:
No one can make characters right now. This is an SOS sign. Help!
