Hello I'm a returning player but I can't seem to get any of my three acounts back. I got an email from gravity saying that all servers merged and it was free so I'm happy to come back only to find out
that none of my accounts are able to log in. I had one on Chaos and two on Valk before Warpportal and server mergers and what not.

In the email they sent it stated that accounts prior to 2010 something had their passwords randomized ( whatever that means) for security reasons. It gave a website to update your passwords but...lol it's down?

is there another link?? I've already done tickets but I hear that can take nearly 3 weeks /swt. Can anyone shed some light on this problem?

The passwords got reset to something random for security reasons.

It's not clear exactly how, but a small number of old inactive accounts started getting hacked by gold seller trash like 2 years ago. So they randomized all the passwords.

That's for warpportal accounts, OP's accounts are not bound to warpportal.

well mine were definitely inactive so I'm sure mine were the ones that got changed. I guess I'll have wait for Warp Portal to respond. thanks Azzy and I do remember you name as well lol. Biochem right?
