Turkey hat chance to make the monster drop `Egg`
Is this system mechanic interferes the actual drops of the monster somehow ?

No, effects which add a chance to drop an extra item do not effect normal drops.

Some people says it takes slot from the monster drop. Lets say the monster has 3 items to drop. Lets say jellopy, fluff, and clover. All 100%. when the egg drops. It takes 1 of them out.

No, it is not true. "Add % chance to get item when killing monsters" effects do not effect other drops.Some people says it takes slot from the monster drop. Lets say the monster has 3 items to drop. Lets say jellopy, fluff, and clover. All 100%. when the egg drops. It takes 1 of them out.
