HI,

my I'm having problem with my character, since I did the "ANGER SEA GOD QUEST" every-time I log into my GENE it keeps getting disconnected, But when I log in to my different character its fine.


Hoping the GMteam can fix this.

You mean Malangdo Culverts ( http://irowiki.org/w...alangdo_Culvert )

What exact error do you get? Is it "Disconnected from server"? "Failed to connect to server"? Some sort of client crash (ex, null map followed by grav error - indicates missing patches)? Did the error start when you entered the culvert itself or at some other point?

If you get DC'ed at the right moment while entering an instance (like malangdo culvert), you can get your character bugged, which will result in "failed to connect to server" when you try to log onto that character. You must contact the GMs via the support ticket system ( support.warpportal.com ) to get this fixed. Only direct GM intervention will fix this (you can't just wait for it to fix itself)
