Update: I was finally able to get the support site up and I submitted a ticket with an attached copy of my chat containing my sales list. (Sigh) It really seems that, 'when it rains, it pours', because I've had a few issues this week!

Support site loading is probably because you're on comcast - use google public DNS (google it) to work around the fact that comcast has DNS servers that randomly fail to resolve certain perfectly valid domain names.
