normally, i used wifi and lan connection to play and it works well. but, when I used my iPhone personal hotspot, I cannot connect to patch server when I opened the client, I tried run as admin and other stuffs but still didn't work. I can surf web, and do everything related to internet activites without problem. Only RO can't.

I tried to open classic and sakray patch, but it says "Failed to connect to server".

What should I do? thanks before :)

Over iPhone tethered connection, what do you see when you attempt to view:

ftp://ropatch1.gravityus.com

If that fails, check if this works:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/ (this is a reliable ftp server - point here is just to see if FTP works at all).

If neither of them work, your mobile service provider is blocking FTP traffic.

o_o

Did you test in internet explorer?

If those links work in IE, the patcher absolutely should work.

If they don't work in IE over iPhone connection, and do work over normal connection, that's something bizzare enough that it may point the way towards a cause.
