Hi I was wondering why i am prohibited to log in until 2020?! What did I do? Please help I spent so many time on my account. I am playing on a net cafe. I really don't know what to do. Where can I report this matter? Thanks.

Submit a ticket at the WarpPortal Support Center asking for an explanation for why you were banned. You should mention the fact that you play from a net café.

Just email them and ask simply ask why. Then make your case. Good luck.
