I have the repetitive loop for the set up window and I am clueless as to how to get rid of it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 3 times now, I know for a fact that I am on the admin account on my laptop since I am the only one with a log in on my laptop, I have gone to the core folder and did the setup from there, I have tried opening the game from my desktop and from the folder. I don't want to give up the game so can someone please tell me what it is that I have to do.
Setup loop is still continuing. Can someone help?

Right click the RO icon, and choose run as admin.
Under Windows Vista/7/8, even if you're logged in on an admin account, things don't run with admin privileges unless you tell them to.
