Contacting the GM team (or support team, whatever you want to call it) via the support ticket system is the proper way to resolve this issue.

I forget how you view tickets if you're not logged into the support system, I think there's a way though. Normally you get an email (though this gets blocked by spam filters and lost forever on most email providers, unfortunately) with a link to the ticket and the response as well.

I'd create an account for using the support ticket system (this is a different un/pass from your warpportal account; it's totally independent so you can use it to get help if your main warpportal account is inaccessible. If you haven't created one, you don't have one), and log into that and view the tickets that way...
