After downloading the client from the site you need to go to your Requiem icon on your desktop. Now right click the icon and select Troubleshoot compatibility. Then Windows will detect errors and you will be given the option of using recommended settings or Troubleshooting the program. Select the option of using the recommended settings. This should fix the problem.
