I do not know it was a unique bug or not, but seemed interesting enough to post:
Yesterday my Royal Guard started to autocast Spear Quicken one after the other.
I did nothing, just stand, and it was casting SQ like a madman. Removing the skill from hotkeys helped, but it is not the way things have to be.
I have not experienced issues with other characters, even if their skills was on the same hotkey [F9].
Strange..
But even more strange, that after logging out, than in on one of my char in eden 1st floor, I found my Rune Knight here:

Never happened with me this kind of map changing so far (did not do anything else, just logged out - logged in with another character, than relogged with the RK)..
