new account and cant make a new charecter,i type random letters and numbers it still says this.what do?

find the directory that you installed iRO in and delete the following files
patch
patch2
patch_allow
it will re-load all the updates ..might take a while but that should fix the problem
always remember to update renewal first then classic

Are you using the right client for the server you're playing on?
You need to start classic client for classic, and the normal ("ragnarok") client for renewal.
