I have once played Ragnarok a few years back and stopped playing after my old-defunt computer refused to assosicate with it.
Fast forward today, I have a much better computer and a better connection, and I missed playing Ragnarok even though I no longer have access to my first character. So, I redownloaded the game, set it up, dealt with the patcher error and then... came a problem.
I am using Windows 7 HP by the way and I am aware of the issues some games have with it and I am pretty sure this is one of them:

See... what happened was, when I was about to play... the prompt came up for changing the graphics and assuming much, picked 1600x1900, Full-Screen, ATI Radeon 4XXXX series, high marks on the graphics, and hit okay. Then came that little thing above this. So... I was trying to see if I could change it again, 'cause I thought maybe the game can't take my settings being from a good while back, but I can't seem to find the option to do so unless I manage to get the game to work.

Problem is not unusual, it's common.

Run setup as admin and make the settings changes you want. (you should always run RO and everything associated with RO as admin if it's installed in program files on windows 7. The developers don't seem to understand how to work with UAC)

If that doesn't work, run classicsetup as admin.
