How it happened:
With effects off, flash effects (turn on, turn off)
Some Renewal skill (idk anything about Renewal huehue) that shakes the screen is going off
When effects are turned off, the shaking continues until the graphics device is wiped (such as a map change)

As shake effects continue to bug, the shaking becomes more and more violent. This client is a fairly fresh install and the update order has always been done properly. While obviously changing maps fixes the issues, that's a pretty stupid solution considering it's WoE, and even moreso I'm playing the recaller.

I've been playing for quite some time and this is the first time it's happened to me, and it happened multiple times per WoE. I can provide a video of the effect if necessary.

Perma shake is known to occasionally happen with screen shaking effects. My understanding is that it us a rare occurrence, and is not specific to certain skills; I think it can happen with anything that shakes the screen
