My kunai explosion just do less than 2k on low TI monster. Any idea about this ? I got 100 str and 60dex atm. Tried with dual dagger and shuriken but still sucks. I saw someone with eden dagger and MG in offhand can 1 shoot em all. Help me T_T


Do you have Throwing Dagger Practice maxed? The formula for Exploding Kunai is pretty heavily dependent on that skill.

I only have Dagger Throwing up to 7. I'll have to spend some Kagerou Points on Ninja skills but I intended to do that in the first place anyway.

By the way, where are you getting the skill formulas from?

I am interested in knowing Swirling Petal's formula. I have heard it is influenced by AGI but I wanted to know how much exactly.

Kunai Explosion is Forced Neutral so the Kunai property doesn't actually effect the damage.

Pseudo-elemental not forced, weapon elemental property affects the damage overall.  That I'm sure of, Tested it at job 21 in low TI against Headless Mules, went from doing 12k damage to almost 24k at level 5.  However, it misses Ghost still.

Hello, somebody knows whether the damage of Kunai Explosion is still Pseudo-elemental on IRO? I tried to change to element of Kunai Explosion with elemental converters on FRO - But it always makes the same damage ><

Is it possible, that the formula on FRO is outdated? Or was there any patch, which changed the damage formula?

Yes, Kunai Explosion takes the element of the weapons on iRO, but this is a bug.

  • Illusion: Attraction - Success rate adjusted.
  • Shadow Step - Changed to affect targets under special conditions. Duration changed.
  • Illusion: Killing Curse - Success rate adjusted.
  • Illusion: Shock - Adjusted success rate, stat reduction, and duration.
  • Makibishi - Cast range changed to ground near caster's vicinity.
  • Overthrow - Changed to AoE attack, and skill HIT rate. Now deals splash damage.
  • Exploding Kunai - Adjusted cast time and damage formula. and changed skill targeting to 1 cell ground target. No longer affected by weapon's element (Forced Neutral). Now correctly affected by Weapon ATK and Cards.
  • Izayoi - Adjusted skill duration and MATK increase.
  • Fire Seal - Scorching Fire: Flaming Petal and Blaze Shield bonus damage option has been changed. Exploding Dragon bonus damage added.
  • Water Seal - Snow Storm: Freezing Spear and Snow Flake Draft bonus damage option has been changed.
  • Wind Seal - Turbulent Air: Added Wind Blade bonus damage option. Changed Lighting Jolt and First Wind bonus damage option.
  • Release Seal: Increased damage formula
  • Shadow Warrior: This buff is no longer removed after taking certain amount of damage.
  • Distorted Crescent Moon: Target's Current HP and SP value effects the ATK/MATK change instead of target's base level.
  • Fading Moonlight Illusion: Target's Current HP and SP value effects HP/SP increase or decrease. Now reflects both magic and physical damage, and the skill level determines the amount of damage reflected.

Started as kunai splash and end at kunai explosion :heh: . Question on kunai splash update does this skill cast delay get changed to aspd based delay/near near GX RC or just melee to ranged bit?

Its still the same, it is just not being treated as a long range attack.

"Flip Tatami" and "Moonlight Fantasy"

 

On FRO it's not possible to use them- completely bugged. ><

They both are usable. Flip Tatami however is not granting the immunity against ranged attacks after it's use, wich is a bug. Moonlight Fantasy works fine, but the skill is very bad regardless.

Question, if I read all the posts and understand correctly, kunai splash damage comes from the main-hand slot, right? If so, what weapon should I use? And is there a possibility for us to get the kunai storage upgrade :hmm:  looks like kro already have it

Ninja dual wield is the exact same as gxes. Main hand atk is counted, offhand is used for cards mainly.

 i see, no wonder my damage changed a lot when i put my main hand with high atk weapon. It's still ok right to put HF card on the left hand :hmm:  I just love leeching. Btw why I keep getting dmg even though i already killed them :hmm:

and other thing, for the off-hand, if i'm using main gauche, should i put all 4 racial cards, or mixed 2 different racial cards? my damage kinda low and I need boost. keep dying at nogg because nightmare terror cannot be one-shot :sob:
