Most people I've talked to before making this post are having server side lag from the range of annoyance to unplayable. Ragnarok Online is an old game so it's very unlikely anyone who plays this game has a machine that is too weak to support the game. I personally have been to the "Are you lagging?" Forum thread and have tried all the various methods of increasing game performance and they are barely having any effect. I am only having a ping of 93ms which tells me that the issue is not on my end and many others feel the same. Some days are better than others and some days are so bad it's not even worth logging in. Gravity/Warp Portal would make much more money from Kafra shop because people would want to play more, be more active, and with little to no lag we would get more new players to the both Renewal and Classic servers. I love iRO and I've been spending some money on it myself but it's hard to justify buying a VIP pass or some Kafra Points to play on a server im regularly dcing, not moving when I click, and dying when I mob because skills aren't going off or the monster position is different than what my screen is showing from lag. It's depressing than Private Servers are more stable and lag free than the official How are we supposed to beat the Private Servers when ours has bad lag. Please, do a server upgrade and get rid of the lag on iRO.
