At least once a day my client crashes. It doesnt seem to have any particular trigger...I could just be moving around or attempting to interact with an npc and it will randomly crash...it never happens on my account that I use to vend 24/7 though (doesnt seem to occur as long as I never move ^^). Any way to fix this or cause it to happen much less frequently?

Can you please post the information included with the gravity error handler?

In any situation where you are having a computer problem and asking for help with it - if you got an error message, include all of the information provided by it.

Okay, it hadnt happened for a couple days so I couldnt copy the error information. My client just crashed now twice while I was in Eden...its happened elsewhere but Eden seems to be the most common place for it to occur. This is the error I got, any help is appreciated.

When did this problem begin? Did it begin after you acquired a new piece of headgear or costume equipment?

I was told to include the error info, is that not it? I only started playing again a month ago or less and the problem started almost right away. No idea if it's related to a specific piece of gear...though I dont own any costumes so it couldnt be that. I heard it could have something to do with a bugged version of the latest patch and I might have to repatch it somehow?

Yes. I was just making a joke about the cryptic nature of the client's crash reports.

You created a sura within a month of beginning the game?

Yes, you should definitely try reapplying all recent updates. To do so, close any and all open clients, and then replace the copy of the file patch.inf in your client folder with the one contained in this file.
