Alright, I dont know what you did in the recent 2 patch, but I'm dcing in eden OVER, and OVER, and OVER AGAIN, it's getting very annoying. fix this stuff, I pay a lot of money every month to you guys to have this problem happen =.=

Is it possible that you are experiencing poor internet connectivity in general?

Its client crash, with an error i have to exit out, I have dual client open is this a problem? I have a i7 3770 / gtx 560 comp i dont think it has any problem handling this game.

this is not related to connection issue what so ever, its not a "Disconnect" its a straight up client crashing..

I have been having a similar problem with a recent patch update.... My game will just lock up. Most of the time I close it via Task Manager, some of the times I sit it out and either get an error similar to the above but for different classes or it will finally load the screen I wanted (RARELY!).

It happens mostly with map changes and npc interaction (storage, etc).

I use Windows 8 and figured maybe it had something to do with that since I had to mess around a bunch with the game to get it to run properly...it worked fine...up until this last week.... What was changed in the current patch???

This also happened after the recent patch, and only the recent patch, before that i had 0 crashes what so ever. My comp is brand new from earlier this year, I doubt its any hardware problem, i'm pretty sure this is cilent/server side error.

Alright i'm sick of these crashes, and its making my game play experience really bad, I pay good amount of money every month to you guys, more so than P2P MMO will ever get per month. I expect better service than ignoring your customer on the forum after you've posted in it, especially when I see you posting in other threads. I'm giving you a day or two to reply to this issue, at least give us some insight of what's causing this, Otherwise I'm just done with this company, you screwed me over many many years ago, I'm giving you a 2nd chance, fool me twice shame on me.

I remembered a few days ago I had one client open and a few hours later I opened another one and there was a small patch. You should never delete that file (or any of the other .inf files). You should instead replace the file with one its older versions, which DrAzzy hosts on his web site.

I haven't been logging all of the errors I've been getting, but I constantly have random crashes since the last patch for the K/O....typically it's in a town setting or in Eden when I leave my stuff online while AFK to either have chats or vend. Yes. Deleting patch.inf will either cause the updater to crash or reinstall updates from April 2011, which is more than a year earlier than the last two installers were created. In addition to being a waste of time, it's possible that installing such old updates could cause additional problems (it's happened before).

If reinstalling all recent updates doesn't help, then I recommend that you uninstall the client and then reinstall it to a location outside of the Program Files folder.

Many people are reporting the same problem. I personally think the cause is a bug in the latest version of the client, which only the developers can fix.
