Thorn in the Eden group HQ won't give my Kagerou items. He tells me I meet the qualifications, but something went wrong and he doesn't know what. I've done the Eden Weapon/Gears quest with a blacksmith since then, and he was able to recieve the Eden items. Do Kagerou/Oboro not have an option to complete this quest?
