I get this error when I switch characters.

Also none of my settings are saving when I log in and set up my screen where i want my inventory and what not. Everytime i switch characters or log off and back on i have to start all over on window placement. Please help.

Always open the clients using the following method:

• Right-click the appropriate shortcut.
• Choose "run as administrator".
• Answer the UAC dialogue window that is opened affirmatively.

Please post the exact text of any and all error messages received.

Also, it looks like you have problems involving the client settings - make sure to always run the game as admin. Moving the RO folder out of program files may also help.
