Try hitting "f10", that makes the chat box larger
Dunn if trolling or serious....
The problem is not her chat box - but the chat rooms of the other people turning into white boxes as you can see on the screen.
@OP: Have you tried F11 do make your interface disappear and reappear and thus maybe "resetting" it?

my bad i thought she intentionaly cut those. I assumed she meant her bottom chat box where can clearly see doesnt have the chat part but the enter box is still there. And i dunno how hitting f10 would be trolling as it does increase the size of ur chat box -.-

"Chat boxes" - plural
"White out" - obviously not happening to her chat
"screenshot with chat boxes who turned white"
and
you talking about her "chat box" - that's why I said "trolling".

Note: I've reported this thread for transfer to the Technical Support/Bug Reporting section since it clearly doesn't belong here (predominantly useless comments).

have you tried /effect?
Could you stop trolling people who really need help just becaues you got beef with how the Staff here works?

Anyway, go into the set up and change the Graphic setting. I can't remember which one it is but change it to Direct 3D HAL if its not. If it is, then change it to your graphics card.
If that doesn't work, try changing the resolution in which you run RO.
And if all that fails, check that your directX and graphics card drivers are fully updated.
A note to those above, it's ok to troll if the "troll" could be a viable solution.
What's not OK is spamming the forums and "helping" whilst accusing people who are genuinely trying to help of trolling when you actually don't have a clue.
Ok got it?
@Ramkia : screencaps of your settings in the setup would help a lot.

Since I kind of flunked there, please accept my apology in form of a screenshot of the setting you described:
(Plus, with how /effect apparently has become a solution for everything, I really thought it was a bad joke, sorry, but I'm not spamming the forums )

If after it's entirely likely the texture just never loaded since the client was semi-idle.
If before... that's more interesting. Could just be a little "boom" on their part, and instead of drawing the texture it just draws a solid white box of the same size (which is generally the sign of some form of error in loading). Like it got loaded, but because of all the stuff happening while you were tabbed, it got unloaded and never came back. Turning off effects would significantly reduce the amount of loading done, so it could legitimately fix this.
