Hi, folks. After a while of playing, my computer got infected with a virus and I had to wipe everything to fix it, including RO.

Now, there's nothing wrong with my internet. but whenever I go to download RO off of the website, I get about.. 50-60 kb/s if I'm lucky, and generally a few hundred bytes. For any other game, however. It's about 2.2mb/s. So yeah. only with RO I'm having abysmal download speed. What do?
