So I go to download the game from http://iro.ragnaroko...m/eventlanding/ and no matter which of the two links I click on, it just refreshes the page. What gives? I'm about as frustrated as a crackhead without a lighter.

Which web browser are you using, and what, if any, extensions do you have installed in it?
If you're using an ad-blocking extension with your web browser, then try temporarily disabling it.
