Hi all,

I logged into my WL this week after maintenance and noticed there is a cool down for reading spell book? And there is still that aftercast delay for release????

I thought they fixed this up with maintenance last week? Why is it being re-implemented again? Or did I miss a patch?

Ok, I've tried re-patching from 7th Feb 2013, 29th Jan 2013, 15th Nov 2012 and reven reinstalled the game..................i still have the cooldown.....................what is wrong..........................

This is handled server-side, not client side, patching will not effect it.

It's not clear to me from your post what behavior you're observing or what you think correct behavior is. My understanding is that Release/Reading Spellbook should have been set back to how it was pre-kag/obo update...

Hi Dr Azzi,

Essentially i'm saying that I still have the 4 second cool down on my RSB skill.

And I dont see anyone else complaining so it seems to be just me?????

It has fixed itself in pvm and pvp.............but in woe setting, I"m still haveing the 4 sec cooldown on RSB>..............
