every time the orc lady in geffen spawns a message pops up and it shuts my window out. any reason for this?????????

Try the following:

• Close any and all open clients.
• Download and then extract this file.
• Navigate to your client folder in Windows Explorer.
• Replace the file patch.inf with the version that you extracted in step 2.

This will force the Renewal client to reapply all of the updates released since 5 February when it's next opened, which will hopefully resolve the problem.
