Unable to connect to main ragnarok website

Hello, I was trying to download ragnarok and play however, when I attempt to connect to the main website, playragnarok.com, I believe it just says 'Oops! Google Chrome could not find etc', basically it is like the website does not exist to me, can someone please help, I have tried everything and no one else seems to have this issue, I cannot download the game client or any patches because I cant even get to the website :/

wish would people would stop saying all this non-sense! this does not work for alot of people bro. Warportals Techs need to get off their lazy asses and fix this crap now! they made a mistake in codes and now alot of the players are suffering from their mistake and i feel like they dont have any intentions to fix the issue

The suggestion to change your DNS servers has resolved the problem for many people. Just because it didn't work for you doesn't mean that it's nonsense. :mellow:

I suggest that everyone who is experiencing this problem submit a ticket to the WarpPortal Support Center. You should include any relevant error messages and state your Internet service provider (ISP). You need to make some noise if you want Gravity to investigate and resolve this problem.

To any member of Gravity's staff who reads this post: I ran a DNS diagnostic tool called DNSreport on playragnarok.com and it found some problems. You should ask your network administrator to investigate.

Submitted a ticket plus included the link of diagnostics for playragnarok.com
