This is not a Comcast issue, but something that needs to be corrected by WarPortal.

Hi,
As you might already know, many players are currently unable to access the Ragnarök Online web site or update their client. This seems to be due to a problem with the DNS records of the playragnarok.com domain — specifically, its RRSIG records have expired.
You should ask your network administrator to run the following tools on the domain and examine the results:
• http://dnsviz.net/
• http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ (use the DNSreport tool)
Comcast have posted an article on their Comcast DNS web site regarding the problem:
