When I entered my UGC code it took 5 min to load the page and then gave me an error message. Anyone know what's up? it's literally the only page I cannot properly access right now i can get to everything else just fine

Am getting Impatient with you Admins/GM's you guys are quick to respond on the Comcast crap which has nothing to do with me bc that's not my ISP, yet you wont answer me on why UGC code redeem option is lagging up and giving an error message. Hurry up bc if i wasted my money and it's not going to work, we're gonna have serious issues.

Contact the GM team via support ticket, billing inquiries cannot be handled over the forums.

I know there have been problems at times in the past with handling various kinds of gift cards.

Sure it can, all i need to know is if there is a problem with the payment portion of the server, it's not like it's a top secret thing.

nvm it got it...got crap from boxes but that's to be expected with my "luck" but them lvl 10 mercs i'm good with
