just download this game...why can i get in to game?
why i creat a chart but cant login to game?

Are you using the right client for the server you want to play?
Run ClassicRO for classic server, Ragnarok for renewal server.
If you use the wrong one, it will fail around when you try to create a char.

but when i use RO classic one start the game, there is no windows show up...only can hear the music

In my case, I create a char (in chaos) but I can't play. It shows a message at char slot: "wait until 8:0:5". What does this mean?

in the char select screen, click on that char. then, in the bottom left hand corner there should be a "del" and "cancel" button. click on cancel then you should be able to log in and play on that char

This is a recently introduced bug that is being worked on (if it's still happening at all)
