Campitor: Unfortunately due to the abuse of players on Classic the event Cramps spawn has been disabled. Due to this players will have to find cramps on the normal maps. We know who you are and you should be ashamed. Changes to prevent this will go in next tuesday.

Be Prepared

Item's Needed: Guitar [0] (not consumed), 10,000z OR 2 dragon canines, 1 dragon tail, 5 white herbs (you may need more money or items, depends on if Azzy succeeds making the potion, it's suggested to bring more just in case)

Monster's to kill: 15 Cramp (Lvl.82)

The Quest

1. First, head to Hugel.
Speak to the overgrown Leprechaun near the kafra and eden NPC's. If he doesnt like you and won't speak to you, then go to step 2.


2. He will ask you to go to the knight here. Or if you're lucky and he tells you to go to Azzy, then skip to step 8. (Campitor said that those who finished the "Littlest Isis" quest will currently be able to skip to step 8. There is an incoming fix that will make everyone have to proceed through the quest in its entirety. http://forums.warppo...ost__p__1233524)


3. The "knight" will ask you to go kill 15 cramps in the back of this store (Classic players, read the note below). These are actual cramps, so make sure you bring a party (if you are a lower level) or are able to solo them. Afterwards, turn the quest back in at the knight.

4. Tell the knight "snakes are bad"

5. Report back to the overgrown Leprechaun again.

6. He asks you to go to the docks located by Odin's temple to meet these four fellows. They ask you to bring a Guitar [0]


7. Return to the overgrown Leprechaun once again.

8. You are directed to move left, next to the fruit stand, and speak to Dr. Azzy. He will ask you to either pay 10,000z, or collect 2 dragon canines, 1 dragon tail, 5 white herbs to make the potion to silence the babbling leprechaun. Azzy can fail making the potions, so you may need more items or more zeny to try more than once.



9. Bring Azzy's concoction back to him and "receive" your reward.

Reward -
Renewal Only - St. Patricks Day Hat [1] (you can only get the hat once per character or account, need someone to confirm)
Green Ale (10)
524999 Base exp (VIP)
524999 Job exp (VIP)
250000 Base exp ( NON VIP )
250000 Job exp (NON VIP)


The quest is repeatable every 24 hours.

The Leprechaun didn't asked me to speak with any knight... Y went directly with Dr Azzy NPC and got my Hat

STEP 1 : Talk to O'Reily ( overgrown Leprechaun )

STEP 2 : Talk to Dr. Azzy NPC ( east of O'Reily, near fruit stand )

STEP 3 : Pay him 10000z or 1 Dragon tail, 2 Dragon Canine & 5 White Herb

STEP 4 : IF you succeed ( also has a chance of Failure ), Talk to O'Reily and receive EXP, 10 Green Ale & St. Patrick's Hat

I got about 250000 Base & Job EXP each ( NON VIP )

Perhaps it has a level requirement, I tried it on a lvl 92. I just spoke to him on a lvl 70 also and was still able to do it. I don't have any chars below 70 to test.

The char I tried was a lvl 87 trans class.. But my lvl 81 alchemist can talk to him so I don't understand..

I don't know what to say. That's pretty awkward, what class was the trans (if it's a class issue, then it can be pinpointed and reported)?

1. People did the previous leprechaun quest last year were able to skip helping him.
2. He favors certain classes (or maybe genders?)
3. It's completely random whether or not you have to do the whole thing (I'm kinda doubting this one).



I did it on a male account. 92 Biochemist.

I did it on a male account. 92 Biochemist.

I've done the quest on 5 of my chars and they all skipped straight to Azzy.

two are 3rd class, 1 second class, 1 second class baby, 1 first class tk kid.

I never did the quest last year...I stopped playing around the time renewal was being tested on Sakray and have just came back a few months ago.

Well, I checked the quest on irowiki and it marked two quests, one of them only requires to talk to Azzy. So, it is not random guess

Btw, I done it with 3 chars (alchemist, SinX, and Hunter) and all of them were only talking with Azzy

If the leprechaun isn't talking to you try speaking to the next step NPC, the knight. A friend was having this issue and when I suggested trying the knight he said he was able to start the quest there.

Naturally, I'd favor the ladies...

But it's the step before you talk to me where the decision is happening, so it's not that..

So my gypsy char that couldn't open a dialogue with the leprechaun was able to talk to the knight, and I started from that step.. I was having big issues with lagging both in Hugel and the bakery though.

tried on 3 dif chars and all 3 are forcing me to do full questline.

i think youre all h4ckers. stop using black magics to bypass questlines

I have too many st pat hats already from previous quests

Tried talking to all the NPC w/ my lv95 HP, no dialogue popped out. But as for my lv76 MS, it worked fine.
and no Hats on Classic...

Either its buggy or there is something they need to enlighten us about. If the dialogue didn't pop up though, then do what other people said and try talking to the knight in step 2. I already edited the first post to reflect that and other changes.
