Hi, i was farming an alice card today and noticied that aliot and alice mobs wont respawn any more.. So can you please check and fix it.

Mobs are probably stuck somewhere, keep looking.

There's a spot on that map in a corner that's really hard to get to normally that often ends up with all the monsters stuck in it. Go kill them there and they'll respawn.
