How frustrating is this quest?!!?!!!?!!!

I have tried doing this so many times, warping around the map and making sure that i dont die before i talk to the valkyrie and get teleported.


And then when i summon the scroll, all the other monsters attack and the valk isnt strong enough to kill them easily. I manage to make my way to the first evil valk north of the map and i get DC, and warp back to the valk in the room who gives the scroll out!

I must of tried this at least 10 times!


Please tell me someone can give me help or advice to finish this quest or make it a little easier for myself, I must of spent at least two hours before and had no luck with anything.

You can heal your valk, and buff it with kyrie. Spam kyrie on yourself and your valk and try to avoid conflict as much as possible. Bring speed pots and HP increase potions they can be helpful.

In addition to Kyrie Elesion, you'll also want to put Increase AGI on yourself and your Valkyrie. If you try to get by with just KE, you'll probably run into problems as Frus and similar monsters will chew straight through your barrier if you aren't fast enough to get out of the way.

Heal Bomb the Evil Valk and ignores all other mobs.....that's what I did lastnight. Just ignores everything except the Evil Valk.......that simple. You don't even need to use the scroll.

you can also use sanctuary on the evil valk... or magnus and safety wall c^^,)

quest is easy.

 

step 1. go to ilzude and reset your skills using the hypnotist npc(free unlimited skill resets for level 99 and under)

 

step 2. go full ME build

 

step 3. cast ME on valk and any baddies that get in your way, and cast safety wall/sanctuary on yourself

 

step 4. congratz on becoming a AB!

 

step 5. go back to ilzude and reset your skills back to full support build

 

 

ps. as long as you stay level 99, you can reset your skill build everytime there is a undead low TI, and crush it with ME build, then switch back to FS build when its a non-undead TI.

What I did was:

1. Summon Valkyrie mercenary and ignore it(don't even need to summon a second one).
2. Spam Kyrie(and pneuma/safety wall) and Increase AGI then ignore all mobs.
3. Spam Resurrection(Turn Undead if you have it) on Evil Valkyrie for a chance at insta-kill(make sure you have a lot of blue gemstones) and safety wall(so you don't die).
4. Loot quest items and talk to the Valkyrie.
5. Repeat step 2-4.
6. Run to the center of the map to complete the quest(ignore the Frus).

The best tip I can give you is learn the map and plan your route so that you don't have to take so much time finding your way and be hit by mobs.

if this is your 15th tries, when you warped into the evil valkyrie map, do not open the mercenary scroll yet. Just walk to the marked point while ignoring all the mobs in between. Then, before fighting the evil valk, open the merc scroll.
