I have KVM points on 2 character on the same account, same class aswell.
I have been gathering KVM on that account for a weapon but due to kvm bugs i have done the kvm farming on both characters.
How do i convert the points into badges such that i can merge the both character KVM points?

You cannot. Only KVM badges from the lucky boxes are transferable between characters on an account.

You can try asking the GMs via ticket to move the KVM points for you? Who knows if they will though.

Aww thats pretty crappy it cant be called under 1 chara which is on the same account, they are both same class aswell..
Pretty bad i'd say, cause as far as i know BG always has some kind of problem in it.

I think on other RO's, the BG gear is character bound....
