Hi i recently submitted a ticket to get my character lvl 99 job 70 ninja yuri kamanosuke~ recovered.Today she was recovered but i noticed she took the slot of another character of mine Hydrangea Macrophylla a lvl 51 Lord knight.I played anyways and got yuri kamanosuke~ to oboro after i felt satisfied from job changing i relogged and noticed that my character yuri kamanosuke~ was removed and that Hydrangea Macrophylla came back.....was wondering if anyone else has a problem like this ^_^

I replied to the ticket concerning yuri kamanosuke~ but was wondering if anyone else had a problem like this trying to get a character restored.


UPDATE* its now become a different problem.....if i log in and out enough times i see my 99/1 oboro yuri kamanosuke~ and my 51/18 Lord Knight Hydrangea Macrophylla in the SAME SLOT i have a extra slot for yuri kamanosuke~ but im getting a weird error o-o


If i lose any gear from this.....is it possible to get them recovered?

cant tell if sarcasm.....but can i get any lost gear from this just incase?

I would recommend staying of the effected chars until they fix this.

The cause of the problem is almost certainly an error in the server's database records, which is something that only the GM Team can fix.
