they dont do such requests on weekends. so thats just monday which has passed. and a small part of tuesday morning so far. be patient

Saturday doesn't count since most GMs aren't actually working during the weekend, and it's only Tuesday now... wouldn't surprise me if you had to wait another day or so, but it's usually done within 3 business days.

well to add on got my response to remove my gears and store them in the storage on SATURDAY, so they were there.
their FAQ clearly states that I need my items REMOVED but NOT STORED, but i went ahead and did that anyways since they told me to.
sent 3 more tickets with no response yet (1 on Sunday, 1 Monday morning, 1 Monday Night, not requesting to "hurry it up", but just asking if it'll be done today or not) since its been a real hassle to remove all items from character and store them every time I play a character (including wings, pots etc) and take them out and re-equip every time I log back on each of my characters or even switching between them. If they didn't tell me to store my items I wouldn't mind waiting but ATM I can't even AFK sell in Eden because im waiting for a response and they might just PM me in-game while I'm online.

It might just be easier to leave the character alone until the change is done. xD
