Ok I recently downloaded the client got it installed then it went to set up screen and after I hit ok or save it kicks back to menu anyone know what to do?

First, if you haven't already, kill the setup program in task manager to make it go away.
Then right-click the RO shortcut and choose Run as Admin, setup will appear once, but will be able to correctly save the settings you choose and won't appear again. You should always run RO as admin.
