As far is I know the timer is supposed to lapse every 16 hours so that I can get a random bonus buff reward from Gramps. But in my case, the timer is set on 27th March, which is already over (it's 30th March today). Therefore the timer never goes away and I haven't been able to receive buffs ever since. I think this happened after the last server maintenance.

Any ideas on how to make it go away?

Contact the GM team via the support ticket system at support.warpportal.com - I haven't heard anyone else complaining about this, so I've got to assume it's specific to your char, so you'll need to send in a ticket to get it fixed.

Was just wandering if anyone got this as well after the last maintenance.
