A small update~ this is a quick art trade I did with Ceinchase. In return I got a pretty signature <3

 

 

This is a very quick speed painting as the art trade was supposed to be small; but I wanted to emphasize the impression of her character through color and light, so here it is.

 

Next commission is gonna be huge ~ xD I'll probably post small updates as well. There are some RL arts I'd like to share, one of which features a character from my story/graphic novel.

Another update from me. This will be my final week of school, so things get expectedly hectic... Commission progress will probably slow down a lot, so please bear with me. But once summer term ends, I should be able to work on these commissions much faster.

 

On another note, some art stuff.

Painted using gouache, using a limited color palette to emphasize mood and balance. I had fun with drybrushing <3

The original work is not with me right now (it's abducted ;w; ) so I'll have to look at it again later to make further adjustments.

 

 

Badly scanned/photoshopped... but it doesn't really matter because I'll be painting over all the lines later xD;

Current commission is taking longer than expected but I'm having so much fun with it. xD; I'm predicting that it'll be done by this weekend (hopefully). I love working with different people and dealing with different ideas, so thank you so much for being interested in commissioning me. <3

 

My friend gave me a Classic Ribbon costume and in exchange I must draw him something... this hat hunt is neverending lol. August is gonna be a busy month! And I can't wait for my summer term to be over. @_@; Good luck to those who are also facing their summer finals!

...NO! I tend to get bored easily so I tab out and do other stuff once in a while. You don't wanna see me do that. xD; When painting traditionally though, I can go on for hours and hours hahah.

Oh man that sounds DELICIOUS +_____+

 

 

There's a lot of these really amazing frozen yogurt places popping up around here where you serve yourself. They have like 8-10 machines with different froyo flavors and oodles of toppings to choose from. Earlier this week I had pineapple froyo topped with sliced kiwi, shredded coconut, and marshmallow creme. 

 

The baby.... gets really excited about frozen treats.

I'll post it tomorrow... probably. @_@ moving on to the last slot of my current batch.

 

As for the next batch of commissions: I'm thinking of opening a lot of slots this time, but I'll only take 5~10 at a time and put the rest (probably 10 too) on waiting list. I think it's better that way. Once I'm done with a batch, I can resume to people on the waiting list and confirm if they still want the slot or not, etc. I think it'll be more efficient...I hope so. :v
