So I clicked the Cash Shop button in the top right and bought two March Lucky Boxes (500 wp each)
Nothing appeared in my inventory, storage, or mail??

Anyone have any ideas?? Or did I just purchase nothing for 1,000 wp

Check that the KP was actually spent.

The cash shop button is a little dodgy - sometimes purchases fail, especially the first time of the session when you attempt to buy something from the cash shop.

Definitely went from 1,000 - 0 KP for sure.
Getting that red chat msg saying "You do not have enough Kafra Credit Points"
Was different when I purchased :/

The heavy lifter box made it to my inventory before this though

Check favorites tab, in case it somehow went there.

Failing that, verify via warpportal site that it shows that you don't have the 1000 kp (showing 0 KP in cash shop button even when you have KP is not uncommon - that's one of the failure modes, and in those cases attempted purchases will fail with a "you do not have enough Kafra Credit Points" message).

After those sanity checks, contact the GM team via support ticket at support.warpportal.com and they'll either refund the KP or get you the boxes.

Checked all tabs, nope not in favorites. x[
Logged in on WP website, says 0 WP energy....
I sent a ticket a few days ago, hopefully someone gets back to me or can tell me where they went / disappeared off into.

:/ probably won't get anything good like HBP's from my two measly boxes, but I could use the manuals to grind with hopefully....
