I was forced to take a 3 year break. Been playing the game sence it was launched out of beta. I logged in and found only one server and no charictors. I had a lvl60 defender. Put alot of time into him, and alot of money in the shop. Now my question is. Why did i lose my progress? I had invested so much into him.

I started playing just when the game came out of beta. Ihad played for a total of 6 months, back in 2009, I think. I have contacted support and it has been 4 days now and still no reply. Starting a new charictor is just not what i want to do but i did. Pk on all the time? Come on...... I would like to play without getting ganked and I would like to play without buying something to portect myself.

ok from what im understanding, all servers was wiped clean but the trifri when Bigpoint was taken over by Warportal. i think it is funny how there was no reply to my suport ticket and i had to do some research to this problem myself. clearly bigpoint had a better suport as they were the ones that helped me with this situtation (not warpportal). get it together guys and start helping.
