The game's been lagging heavily since yesterday and i can't figure out why.Even the warpportal site has been loading very slowly.All other sites are working fine for me.Has this happened to anybody else?

Probably a routing problem, you might be able to see it on a traceroute.
If you can see it in tracert, if it's from when it hits NTT's network or later, report it to the GMs, because NTT is their ISP and they can complain (and unlike residential customers, providers actually listen to corporate customers)
Otherwise, you can complain to your ISP, which isn't really any more satisfying than yelling at a brick wall, nor much more likely to yield results.
Either way, lowerping/wtfast should fix gameplay lag.

Uh never mind some voodoo incantations later the site is loading at slightly less than the normal speed.Hopefully the game will be fine too.
